# Vegetation Management Team Leaders Needed!

Contour Enviro Group seeks to develop, empower, support, and professionalize conservation SMMEs in South Africa. The organization specializes in conservation training, veld management and rehabilitation, and in the past three years it has been working very closely with many alien and invasive vegetation contractors, government and conservation organizations. The Contour Enviro Group has seen the need to support and grow more SMMEs through its development programme.

## Program Overview

The selected Team Leaders will be part of a compulsory SMME Development Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in invasive and alien vegetation eradication who want to grow their business within the conservation sector.

## Requirements

* At least one year experience in invasive and alien vegetation eradication (Provide a contactable reference or reference letter)
* CIPC registered business will be an advantage
* Ability to manage and lead teams
* Be able to source people with the following certificates and equipment:
* Brushcutter and Chainsaw Operators
* First Aid
* Health and Safety
* Water Safety
* Own vehicle (2x4 or 4x4 bakkie)
* 5ft Trailer
* Tree felling tools such as chainsaws, loppers, bow saws, silky saws etc.
* Valid driver's license & PrDP

## Areas of Operation

Team leaders will be appointed from the Cape Town area.
